Leading isn't just making decisions: it's coordinating action with other people, constantly, through language. Leadership coaching applies the same principles of ontological coaching —language, body, and emotions— to the specific way a person leads a team.
Why a leader needs something different from a management course
A traditional leadership course delivers general frameworks and techniques, the same for everyone. Leadership coaching starts from the particular way that person observes their team, makes requests, and keeps (or doesn't keep) their promises. It's not generic content: it's work on the real coordination breakdowns that person is facing today.
The 3 domains applied to leading teams
- Language: most friction in teams isn't from lack of effort, it's from ambiguous requests and promises that never got clear. A well-formed request (what, by when, under what conditions of satisfaction) prevents misunderstandings that cost a lot later.
- The body: the way a leader physically shows up in front of their team —literally and figuratively— communicates as much as what they say. There's a physical presence that opens a team up to speak, and one that shuts it down.
- Emotions: the mood of whoever's leading is contagious. A team operating from resignation acts differently than one operating from ambition; part of the work is identifying what mood that person is leading from today.

How it's worked: individual and team level
Organizational coaching is applied on two levels. At the individual level, it's a 1:1 process with the person leading, about their particular way of coordinating action. At the team level, it starts with a conversational diagnosis: identifying where the real communication friction between areas is, before proposing any intervention.
The budget is built to order based on what that diagnosis reveals, virtual or in-person in Tandil.
Frequently asked questions
Not necessarily. It applies to anyone who needs to coordinate actions with other people to achieve a result, whether or not they hold a formal management title.
It depends on the initial diagnosis and the scope agreed with the company; the budget and timeline are built to order, there's no single package.
